The ribbon cutting will take place at 4:30 p.m. on The Lawn and Blackberry Breeze will perform live following the ribbon cutting, from 5 – 7p.m. Parking is available along S. College Street and in the Wright Street Parking Deck.

Since 2012, Blackberry Breeze has been bringing good vibes to audiences across the Southeast. For non-stop movement on stage with soaring harmonies from the 80’s, 90’s, 2000’s, Rock/Classic Rock, Top 40, Hip Hop, Reggae, and Motown, no one does it any better. Over the past eleven years, the band has shared the stage with notable acts including Sound Culture, Rhythm Earth, Trent in the Trees, Collie Buddz, and The Swinging Medallions. They released an EP “A Spaceship to the Moon” in December 2016 and Singles “Sweet Mary,” “See You Soon” and “Champagne for Breakfast.” Blackberry Breeze is exclusively represented by Music Garden and is highly sought after for wedding receptions, Greek formals, public venues, corporate functions, and more.
